Don't be afraid to take LOTS of before and after pics of your home!!!

When you first purchase a home and start renovating, it's easy to forget the original look of each room. Take pride in the hard work and countless nights you spent working on your house by recording the process. At the end of the day you'll have a bigger appreciation for the transformation.

If you forget to take before pics, don't be afraid to reach out to your agent for copies.
