For our bathroom makeovers we hired a contractor for the remodel. The 1st floor and 2nd floor hallway bathrooms didn't need much work. Fortunately, we only needed the contractor to replace the floor tile in these two bathrooms.

For the Masterbath, we decided to demo the entire thing. The tile floor, tile walls, tiled shower, sink, toilet, the whole shebang!

When it came to the sink and toilet in all the bathrooms, that was something we did on our own to help save costs. I picked up some great vanities from the Lowe's Clearance section. As for the 1st floor and 2nd floor toilets I went with a Glacier Bay model from Home Depot and for the masterbath we decided to go with the brand Danze, I found at Southern Sales in Baltimore, MD. If you're ever in the Baltimore area, check the store out, lots of great finds for half the price!!!

Small Tips:

Check out the clearance section in the bath aisle at Lowe's. You can find great vanities for more than half the price!!!
