Coffee tables

The coffee table serves as a vital piece to any living space. It's like that one trusty college bar you know you can always rely on to have fun and unwind at (for my Syracuse and G-dub readers, that place was Chucks and the original Froggy Bottom). Sure it's seen it's days and may show signs of a little wear, but at the heart of it, it's where people come come together to socialize and have fun. You can relax and kick your feet up. You can even use it as a mini diner for those late night munchies! 

The coffee table located in the office has a nice Hollywood Glam look that I picked up years ago from Homegoods. To accent the table, I used a decorative book box. My mom found it a few years back and thought it was a cute piece since I was living in New York at that time. I love it because it allows me to store random office items like pens, notepads, coasters for cocktail hour :). 

I'm currently working on restoring two coffee tables for my place. Stay tuned for my outcome!

Small Tip:

Have at least one organizing piece where you can store little nic nac's, let it be a decorative book or small tray. Trust me it will come in handy.
