Time for a new fence!

Building a new fence was a huge debate in my house! My husband definitively said he did not want to invest in a new fence anytime soon since we just got the house and married...blah...blah...blah. I could understand his side and reasoning, but I really wanted a fence, especially because I loved to garden and couldn't stand seeing the yard in such a barren state.

Granted, I could have planted a few flowers here and there to help spruce up the yard, but they would eventually get destroyed by the fence contractors at some point down the road.

After weeks of pleading my case and telling him I had a few pennies stashed away from my second job, I finally wore him down and the fence went up! I think he finally realized how much gardening means to me and of course, "happy wife, happy life".
